Thank you for your interest in using the Shaw Gathering Place in our Warehouse building. Please fill out the following information in order to reserve the Shaw Gathering Place (also known as the Common Room) in our Warehouse building at the Village Arts Factory.
The Shaw Gathering Place is reserved on a first come, first serve basis. For using the space, we ask that you make a donation to the Partnership for the Arts and Humanities (a 501(c)3 non-profit) at a suggested rate of $50 per hour including the time it takes you to set up and clean up after your event. You are encouraged to visit the space before making your request for a reservation, as this is a public space and NOT a quiet or private space.
Before submitting this form, please review our online calendar of events where you can check to see if the date and time that you would like to reserve is available. After reviewing our calendar of events, please select 3 dates and times that you are interested in for your event, starting with your first choice, then your second choice and then your third choice of times for your event. Please be sure to include the number of tables and chairs that you will need for your event. We have two 8 foot long rectangular tables, eight round tables (5 feet in diameter each, seats 4 comfortably but can accommodate up to 6 chairs) and 50 chairs that can also be reserved for your event. We DO NOT have any AV or PA equipment. We do have public WiFi.
